20 HIM out this morning downtown
We ran, did a few burpee’s(route 66), flutter kicks, LBCs, LLBs, low planks, merkin shoulder taps, dying cockroaches, and a few other core exercises. Partner work was in the mix.
I know my backblast are short and sweet (my main focus is that everyone gets credit for the work out) but I thank each of you for coming out – you guys really encouraged me this morning just by being there and the mumble chatter!!
Prayer request: so many I don’t remember them all but God hears and remembers. We as brothers need to lift each COT up in prayer even if you didn’t hear the request.
