Gather at the center for 4 corner work
1st corner SSH X 10
2nd corner: SSH X 10, CDDs X 20
3rd Corner: SSH X 10, CDDs X 20, AHs X 30
4th Corner: SSH X 10, CDDs X 20, AHs X 30, LBCs X 40
Mosey to the flag & Mary to end. End with 2 minute plank.
