9 HIM entered the gloom at The Goat for a not too hot, but very humid workout! I had worked out several scenarios of how this would all take place and settled in on a plan as Scribbles and I were driving to The Goat! I knew what exercise and how many reps but wasn’t sure on where we would go for each and every set … I just knew that I wanted to sweat and sweat a lot!

Lets Mosey up the hill to the Baptist Parking Lot
40 SSH – 40 Bonnie Blairs – 5/10 Burpees – OYO
Sprint to the end of the Parking Lot and walk back to the start 5 times
35 SSH – 35 Merkins – 5/10 Burpees – OYO
Sprint to the end and Walk back 3 times
30 SSH – 30 Freddy Mercurys – 5/10 Burpees – OYO
