I decided to modify the EMOM workout to be a E2MOM (Every 2 minutes on the minute).
SSH and Imperial walkers for warm up then get to it.
5 burpees, 10 squats, 15 any core exercise + Run a lap around the parking lot.
I wanted to complete 20 rounds. I think we ended up with 16 or so. Took a minute break in the middle. The men pushed very hard and impressed with performance.
