I planned to do the Zachary Tellier WOD (one of my favorites). Turns out, I had mush brain and couldn’t quite remember all of the exercises so we improvised. I should have brought my phone or written it down. Q fail, but we press on.

Quick warmup and we were off to the soccer field in the back of the park.

10 Burpees, run a lap around the field
10 Burpees, 25 Merkins, take a lap
10 Burpees, 25 Merkins, 50 Lunges, take a lap
10 Burpees, 25 Merkins, 50 Lunges, 75 Squats, take a lap
10 Burpees, 25 Merkins, 50 Lunges, 75 Squats, 100 LBCS, take a lap
10 Burpees, 25 Merkins, 50 Lunges, 75 Squats, 100 LBCS, 125 Flutter kicks, take a lap

A few studs got in some extra work while some admittedly focused on 2nd F. Most went hard for 45 minutes though.
