One leg Deadlift x 10 each leg OYO.

Mosey up to the field. Stop at the transformers. Triple Nickel.
Hillbillies.
Mosey to the other corner of the far side at the big hill.
Imperial Walkers.

Mosey down to the pick-nick shelter.
Perform exercises.
