Mosey to flagpole for pledge

We divided into 5 groups of 3 for our first race: 3 Amigos across the length of the football field. Gold medal = 2 burpees, silver = 3, etc.

Main event: Gashouse Pentathlon! We divided into two teams. Team 1 performed 10X Merkins, LBCs, Jump Lunges, and Burpees, repeato, while Team 2 did a half mile indian run. Switch. Switch, Finish, so each team ran 1 mile and did as many sets as possible. Teams shared gold medal.

JK2 talked about accountability using the symbolism of the interlocking Olympic rings and the Roman interlocking shield (Freed to Lead)

Then we had a tug o war and moseyed back to the lot. A round of toy soldiers and dying cockroaches took us out.
