Six runners took on a new route at Ground Assault, six ruckers  also.  Started with mission of F3, to plant grow and serve small workout groups for men, for the invigoration of male community leadership.

Ended with the pledge.

Announcements: 2nd F lunch today (March 22) at JR Cash at noon, Community Foundation run April 1 – a pain lab be held on site, ruck events May 19 and June 10, time laps at WWC May 19
