Crackle and I rolled up as everyone had headed out for a ruck or run. We took off.

Everyone came in and we shared a word about being humble in our walk with God.

Running is repetitive.  One foot in front of the other.  Over and over.

We ran Loftin Park.

Our ruckers are faster than yours.

Strong crowd again.

Keep hammering.

Plenty ‘o HIM showed for a Thursday at The Pub. The libations were flowing and everyone enjoyed themselves. YHC called for the relatively flat route to Pelicans and back. As you would expect there was some complaining but, upon further reflection, the PAX agreed that this route was about as flat as it gets around the Pub. You’re welcome.

Pretty low attendance this am but that’s to be expected with Q Vs Q going on at the Yank. We circled up for a quick warmup and got to work.

Mosey to the pavilion. Dirty 11’s starting on the wall with hip slappers, catch a burpee on the way to the wall and do some dips.

Before leaving the pavilion we did a round of Bruce Lee

Once finished we moseyed to the bottom of the big parking lot and did some catch me if you can. First pax does 5 big boys while their partner NURS away from them towards the flag. Once the first pax catches them they switch and continue on.

Once we made it to the top we did the pledge at the AG center then lined up in the parking lot for Dirty 11’s Mike Tysons and imperial walker squats.

From there we did a Indian run with two burpees before over taking the line.

When we got back to the parking lot we had some time for Mary.
