Mount Hollywood – March 20, 2023

Seeing no FNG’s, I gave a brief disclaimer and we loosened up the legs with a run in the parking lot that included toy soldiers, butt kickers, karaoke, etc.

Trying something different today we took a stroll through downtown Mount Holly and ran about 2.5 miles. During our run we did the following exercises.

Next, we took off on a mosey and headed to Elizabeth Street for the beatdown.

Three Rounds, 17 Exercises and 17 Reps. After each round, run up Elizabeth Street and back.

Seeing some time remaining we ran back to COT and found the benches. Keep the rep at 17 we did 17 derkins, 17 decline alternating shoulder taps, 17 irkins, and 17 step ups.
