Mosey down to the Pharmacy parking lot.

Reduce number of reps after each lap.

Moseyed across the street.  Q-Sprints – perform exercises AMRAP until Q says “go” and PAX sprints to top of hill and then slow mosey back to start.

Next, we moseyed to another parking lot.

Alternating Merkins & Squats and bear crawl to the other side of the lot. Rinse and Repeat

Old Back Blast, Tequila Sunrise

Warmup: Empirical Walkers, Toy Soldiers

Moseyed up the street.  Did 5 Burpees at each pole for 8 poles.  Turned around and came back with 10 Mike Tysons at each pole.  Rinse and Repeat one more time with 20 Bobby Hurleys at each pole.   Next grabbed a partner and while one partner ran to the church sign the other partner did an exercise.

Freon’s Still No Respect Birthday Q

On February 9th 1975 a child was born, and he would go to become known as “Freon” by his F3 brothers.  What a great day, I am enjoying it.

Started with workout with a warm up with some:

20x Goof Balls

15x Toy Soldiers

Next, we did an Indian Run up to Elizabeth St. then we started with a Indian Bear Crawl.  We lined up in the Plank position, head to toe, and the PAX in the rear would Bear Crawl to the front of the line.  Each Pax would cycle through the line two times.

Moseyed to over to Davis Park and done some modified Triple Nickel.  Instead of doing 3 exercises, 5 times we modified it to do 3 exercises  7 times, and 7 reps each.  My goal was to do each of the 3 exercises  a total of 49 reps, but I am not sure of my math.  Watts up called me out on it….thanks Watts Up!!!

Started moseying back to the start.  Did a zombie walk part of the way.  When we got back to the school we did:

20x Dips

20x Derkins

10 each leg step ups

Moseyed to the large parking lot and done a Route 66.  Pax would Board Jump to the first line and do 1 CDD, and then Broad Jump  to the next line and do 2 CDDs and so on until we reached 11 CDDs.

Finished the workout with and AB Blaster:

American Hammers; Crunchy Frogs; Flutter Kicks; Reverse Crunches, and LBCs

Site Q Request at the Goat

Got a request to Q at the Goat.

Warmup: 15 x Goof Balls; 15 x Toy Soldiers

I wrote down 10 exercises on the pavement in chalk.  The PAX grabbed a partner, PAX 1 would do the exercises AMRAP while PAX 2 would run a lap around the block.

Exercises: Merkins; Bobby Hurley; American Hammer; CDDs; Burpee; Freddie Mercury; LBCs; Mountain Climbers; Smurf Jacks; Big Boys.

Mosey over to low wall for some:  Dips; Derkins; Step Downs

Round 1: 10 x Dips; 10 x Derkins; 5 each side Step Downs

Round 2: 16 x Dips; 16 x Derkins; 8 each side Step Downs

Round 3: 20 x Dips; 20 x Derkins; 10 each side Step Downs

Next, Circle of Merkins: Round 1, each PAX would do a Merkin, one at a time.  Rinse and Repeat around the circle increasing the number of merkins by one each loop around the circle.

Mosey to First Presbyterian Church Parking Lot.

Q-Sprints: The Q calls out an exercise and the PAX do the exercises AMRAP until the Q says to “GO”.  The PAX then sprint to the other side of the parking lot.  Then they mosey back to the start.  Rinse and Repeat.

Exercises: Big Boys; CDDs; Crunchy Frogs; Mike Tysons; Flutter Kicks; Groiners; LBCs

Mosey to another parking lot for some 11’s.  The exercises are Tiger Squats & Merkins.

Mosey back to the Middle School lot.  Burpee Dans – 4 lunge walks to 1 Burpee, Rinse and Repeat until we cross the parking lot.

Warmup: Goof Balls x 15; Moroccan Night Clubs x 15

Started Workout with a Route 66 and having burpees as the exercise of choice.

Mosey to Wells Fargo parking lot an performed a Cooper Workout.

Starting with Plank Jacks x 10; Squats x 10; Merkins x 10; and run a lap around the building after each set.  Drop down a Rep after each set.

Started heading back, but had to make a quick stop for some Indian Bear Crawls.  Got in a single file line and got into the plank position.  While the group did Mountain Climbers, the person at the back of the line would bear crawl to the front.  Rinse and repeat until all PAX has had a turn at bear crawling.

Workout #2

Alternate between Mucho Chesto and Mucho Squato.  This is where you switch between different variations of Merkins, and Squats.

Captain Thor:

An ab exercise done in a 1:4 ratio. 1 Big Boy sit up to 4 American Hammers.

The group Circled up and got into the Al Gore position.  While in the Al Gore position we start marching to the right, while each person took turns going to the center and doing 3 Burpees as though we were doing a tribal rain dance.

Warmup: Gravel Pickers X 15; HillBillies X 15

Mosey to the school Crossing: 3 Burpees at each utility pole.

Mosey to the Wells Fargo parking lot: A.L.A.R.M (20 Reps each)

  • Round 1: CDD; Lunges; LBCs; Rocky Balboas; Merkins
  • Round 2 : Shoulder Taps; Jump Squats; Peter Parkers; Ranger Merkins; Makhtar N’ Diayes
  • Round 3: Burpees; Jump Lunges; Mtn. Climbers; Reverse Crunches; Mike Tysons

Mosey to Truist Bank Parking lot.

Modified 11’s

  • Round 1: 10 Merkins and 1 Big Boys
  • Round 2: 10 Plank Jack and 1 Flutter Kicks

Mosey back to Mt. Holly Middle school. Went to the stairs for some Calf Raises.  Start with 50 and then 100 calf raises.

Grizzcalators: Merkins Crawls up the stairs: Ascend the stairs one at a time in plank position. Perform  merkins on each stair, and increase the number of merkins by 5 as you move up the stairs (start at 20 merkins).
