Let’s mosey to the sweat box (parking deck)

At lower level, 5 burpees, 10 merkins, 15 squats…bear crawl up the ramp and mosey across parking lot, repeat the three exercises, and then bear crawl up ramp to next level. Once at the top, finish the three exercises at end of parking lot.

Once completed, wall sits w/marches and then o/h presses.

Time to mosey back down parking deck. Going down, reverse bear crawl down ramp and then 5 flying squirrels, 10 CCDs, 15 monkey humpers, rinse and repeat at bottom of each ramp as we descend down the parking deck.

Mosey back to pavilion to finish out with some core, flutter kicks, American hammers, and LBCs

We moseyed for a few minutes, stop, drop and complete 5 burpees, 10 merkins, 15 squats.
Mosey some more down to lower parking lot of Martha Rivers park, stop, drop, and complete 10 LBCs, 10 flutter kicks, and 10 American Hammers. Continue mosey with stops every so often alternating between group of above exercises.
Finally made it to Gastone’s Hill. At bottom, 5 burpees, half way up, 10 Merkins, at top, 15 squats. Mosey to street on right down to cul-da-sac for a round of core exercises in cadence count.

Start mosey back towards Snoballs, sprinkling in some more burpees, merkins, and squats along the way.

It’s 5:30am,  no FNGs so a brief disclaimer and get to work!

Mosey down to the bridge leading over to Goat Island

Bear crawl across bridge then runner’s skips for 20 yards, then Karaoke, high knees, and then butt kicks. Continue mosey to back parking.

Warm-up

Now for some sprints – everyone lines up on facing back of parking lot.

  • Speed skaters back/forth over line until YHC calls Go! – Sprint about 25 yards and mosey back to start line.
  • Split jump lunges and sprint
  • Jump switches and then sprint
  • Over & Backs and then sprint
  • Double leg side 2 side jumps and then sprint

Start mosey back but before crossing first bridge, 10 burpees. Mosey on but before 2nd bridge, 20 merkins and then bear crawl across bridge.

At bottom of hill across from Fire Station, time for some hill sprints.

At bottom of hill, 10 monkey humpers, sprint to top of hill then 10 CDDs

Rinse and repeat 10X
