With no one on the calendar for this morning YHC decided to take the Q and being site Q I try and and let other Pax lead and pick one up when the opportunity arises. So the opportunity arose and I stepped up. The crowd was light but the work load was heavy!

BBS at the top

Merkins at the bottom

Mosey to track around the pond:

50 Merkins, 50 LBC’s, 50 Squats, Merkins

Take a lap after each exercise

Mosey back to parking lot
