New bartender

I believe this is my first ever Q at The Pub. As I showed up I found EZ Ryder pulling up right behind me and then Termite. They both took off for some EC. EZ Ryder came back to start with the rest and Termite stayed out. I know several routes but I don’t know what regularly goes on. So I decided to let the good Dr give us a path. So up Armstrong and turn somewhere and come back down Hoffman. Since I’m not as fast, I ran up 1.8 miles and turned around and ran back to meet up at the same time with the rest. It was another good morning with even better friends.

2 sets of regular suicides. Skip to every other parking line. Plank for the six.

Next will be 11’s
Bobby Hurley’s and mosey to the third light post on the right and perform Calf Raises.

Mosey to the parking deck.
5 Burpees.
Next we will complete all exercises then run to the top of the parking deck. Complete all exercises at the top and run back down. Continue till I say stop.

I have been running mostly as of late so that I can get ready for the Smokey Mountain Relay.  But today I took the Q for a break in the running. The only problem is that I couldn’t make up my mind on what to do. So I combined ideas from previous workouts and winged it! I don’t remember what we did, so it must’ve not been to much!!

I am the last person who can tell you about relationships between a man and a woman. But from all the podcast and preachers and teachers I have heard through the years, a successful marriage can only come from a very tight unity.

Mosey down to the stop sign. Sprint from the first light pole to the next. Then walk from the second pole to the third. Sprint from the third to the fourth. mosey over into the parking lot on the left and continue the sprints. 

 

 

Mosey to the playground where there are sidewalk stations set up.  Do exercise and run down the parking lot, around the island and run back. Move to the next exercise.

12 exercises, 12 reps for the 12 round knockout.

In the last film, Rocky fights the current, younger champion. Everyone counts Rocky out. His trainer tells him that he needs speed to over come the champion. But Rocky doesn’t have the speed anymore. So his trainer says, “Let’s build some Hurtin Bombs”.
