Let’s Mosey to the flagpole for the pledge.

Let’s Mosey(led by TopHat) to the loading dock … for a little Dora

Round 1 … Partner 1 Merkins while Partner 2 scales the wall of the loading dock for 3 Burpees and back … flip flop

Round 2 … Partner 1 Squats while partner 2 scales the wall for 2 Burpees and back … flip flop

Round 3 … Partner 1 LBC’s while partner 2 scales the wall for 1 Burpees and back … flip flop

Let’s Mosey(led by TopHat) to the backside of the Wall for Triple Nickel

5 Hip Slappers and 5 Little Baby Dips x 3 … for time

Let’s Mosey(led by Top Hat) to the front of the school where we meet “Termite’s Tires of Fun”

Partner Up

Partner 1 pulls the tire from Telephone Pole 1 to Telephone Pole 2 while Partner 2 walks behind curling or pressing a block!

At Pole 2 … place block inside tire as both partners pull to Pole 3

At Pole 3 … Partner 2 pulls the tire to Pole 4 while Partner 1 walks behind curling or pressing a block!

Rinse and Repeat until Lakewood Road!

To get back to the school … do all of the above except walking, running or jogging backward … THE  BURN!

With time at 6:10 … TopHat calls

Naming of FNG … Nate Wruble, that’s right … Buckeye’s BIG brother (you read that right, there’s at least 2 of them)  is moving to the area to Teach Algebra and Geometry at Fort Mill High School … and was named 300!
