Round Up

Round Up asked for someone to take the Prison Break Q while he is attending to the newest family addition so I did. 6 guys show up and run. Various routes, various paces on a warm, humid, soupy morning. We did discuss the need for staying consistent during the warm summer months. Nice work guys!

The rain held off and a strong group of 19 PAX and a 2.0 showed at Prison Break to get in a run. Multiple routes were taken, multiple paces were run, all got stronger. Great work!!!

PT Test at Gashouse on July 18th at 0700. Regular Gashouse boot camp and Pain Lab will be closed. Yank and Folsom will be open.

What a morning it was at the Prison Break! 20 men were pushing rocks this morning and logging miles! It was great seeing everyone getting after it. Each week this AO gets better and I’m stoked, let’s keeping pushing each other guys. Im excited for all the new guys coming out and really getting into it, Im excited to see what they will bring to the F3 group and what F3 does for them as well.

Thankful for you guys and I pray this AO continues to grow and draw other brothers to us. We are lights men in our community and everywhere we go for the kingdom of God. Lets continue to reach out and get those that are in our community that don’t know Christ as their savior!

Round Up

I rolled out of the bed and hit the 5 mile road towards Prison Break to see what guys was there and man were there a lot! We had 15 men out at the Prison getting the miles in. It was a great morning for all the guys, we all got better and pushed some rocks! I love this AO and the big crowds on Wednesday mornings. I hope we continue to grow and stay consistent at meeting every week. Good work guys lets continue to push forward!

Great breezy  morning at the Prison this morning. We all broke out quickly to get our mileage in I believe everyone got in around 5 miles or more. Everyone in training for the Ville to Ville coming up in a couple of weeks. Its going to be great!

I’m Broke

17 out for another morning at prison break. Some ran Some rucked but we all got better once again! Good work men way to push that rock.

Its hard to get motivated early in the mornings to run or ruck sometimes but with the help of our F3 brothers we are always being pushed to get out and better ourselves. We all struggle with things and we are always fighting the battle to walk the Christian  walk and that’s what we are suppose to do, God doesn’t want us to be weak or be a pushover when the devil comes at us and we all know he does and he comes in all shapes, sizes and form. It could be a family member it could be your kids, wife , co-workers. It doesn’t matter to him but the closer we draw to God the more he fights us with things. We need to lean on one another and we need to spark the fire in each other when one of us are down and out, sick, depressed, whatever it may be, be there for each other, pray for each other and know that Jesus Christ loves you and he’ll always be there for you no matter the situation.

9 PAX and a 2.0 started the new year with a stroll through the streets of Big D. One rucked and everyone else ran. Some ran 5, some ran to the toilet and some ran away in a hurry to double post for the Murph.

Kingpin brought his 2.0 who is now known as Penny. This is a reference to a cartoon that Medicine Woman knows way too much about.

Christmas Party this Saturday at Lewis Farms @ 7pm.

Be be in prayer for Hollywood prayer list, Whoopee’s 2.0 and each other.
