Fun Times

So This week I decided to finished what TacoBell prevented last week lol. There was a nice crowd this morning it was good to see some new faces that we haven’t seen since the quarantine. Here’s how it went.

Thang started like this:

100 SSH, 40 Squats,  30 American Hammers, 20 dips, 60 high knees, 25 mountain climbers,  20 lunges, 90 SSH, 20 merkins….and then it hit me.  TacoBell no bueno…donde esta el bano.  Sorry Spider-Man but I had to bail.   We will finish it!

 

Easiest BB ever!

So I’m not even gonna lie. I had nothing planned for the workout today because I had some home emergencies ( nothing major) , but nonetheless didn’t get it done. So I piggy backed on the matrix…not a good idea…see Matrix back blast.  All I know is he started with 4 minutes…yes 4 minutes of burpees and it kept getting worse. Great Q HIPAA and thank for letting us hang out.

Bernie Bros Smashing Some Rows

What better way to kick of Super Tuesday than with a few jacked Bernie Bros slinging the kettles. Little did the poll workers know how terrifying their morning would be as theY peeked through blinds and door cracks to gaze upon a raucous PAX with twerky crunchy frogs, high slinging kettle swings and derkin-merkin-dip-switches. Sling, scribble, scan, check, fold drop. Submitted.

Iron Pax Challenge at Bulldog

With the BRR-Ruck Thursday thru Saturday, YHC knew there wasn’t much time to get the challenge done, so hit Voodoo up if we could do it at Bulldog. He was in, so YHC and my 2.0 measured the distances so it was ready in this morning’s gloom.

Wasn’t sure about the participation since the workout intent was on Twitter and announced at The Murph, but 5 showed plus Oompa who headed to the track.(Spiderman and Outhouse had missed the warnings, but pushed through)

So this week’s challenge:

Each group went to one of 5 stations to begin exercises…performed exercises as indicated and then rotated to next station. Total of 5 stations with 4 rounds at each…stations and exercises below: sequence was ST1, R1, ST2, R1, ST3, R1 etc…

Station 1
R1 – step ups x 20 each leg
R2 – squats x 50
R3 – sumo squats x 25
R4 – lunges x 10 each leg

Station 2
R1 – merkins x 25
R2 – diamond merkins x 25
R3 – wide merkins x 25
R4. – plank til you can’t

Station 3

Round and round we went with at least one of each station and round…I think most got through all stations plus!
