Today we basically did IPC “We are not Professionals”.
Bedpan and Montross created a new workout.
We also did a triple nickel at the hill with nothing but big boys.
Everyone got about 2 miles in and the hard work was appreciated gentlemen.

Just deleted this on accident and I don’t wanna type it all again. The workout was hard.
We did 1 Mike Tyson, 1 big boy, 1 burpee, and 1 jungle boy squat. One movement per corner of the tennis courts. Repeat but do 2 reps, then 3 up to 11. 4 corners meets a ladder of 11 so 4:11.
We then went to the line and jogged to half court, sprinted to other side, and recovery jog back x3.
Then did the same thing but bear crawl, jog, return, repeat x3
Had a little time to kill after so did a ladder at the playground: 5-10-15-20-25 and back down: pull ups and push ups.
Ended with pledge and COT. Positive stuff was emphasized. We also discussed some difficult things for prayer requests.
At the end, I locked my keys in my gas door but shout-out to Westside, Stogie, and Sarlacc for helping me out.
Had a good Q today with the guys! Everyone pushed and got 1% better.
Warm Up: SSH, Gravel Picker, R/L, L/R, Hurdle stretch with twist. Mosey to blocks, 5 MT and 5 big boys per utility pole.
WOD: Triple nickel: 5 blockies, 5 swings, run to pole and back. 5x
Rifle carry to tennis courts
Partner Chipper: 100 thrusters, 200 squats, 300 Am Ham, 400 flutters. One partner working, other partner runs down and back.
Return blocks
Return to flag for Iron Holt or Hulk,????? Idk, that 1:4 thing.
Ended with COT. Prayer and praise reports. Pray for those spoken and unspoken.
Great work today fellas!
We did our standard warm-up: R/L, L/R, low slow squats, gravel pickers.
Mosey to triangle path: 5 burpees at 1 corner, 10 AM HAM, 10 big boys….4 burpees, 10, 10….3…..you get the gist.
Mosey to horse track: 5 durkins on bleachers, run up top, 5 CDD, repeat 5x.
Mosey to tennis courts: 4 corners, 10 shoulder taps, 10 hip slappers, 10 LBC, 10 Mike Tyson’s.
Finished with a little Mary, COT, and then closed in prayer.
Had the Q on 5/25 and it was an absolute grind:
WU: Gravel Pickers, R over L/L over R, low slow squat, mosey. At each light post, 5 Mike Tyson’s to Rec center. Pledge.
WOD: 11’s around the parking lot. Exercise at each corner. For example: 1 flutter kick (1..2..3..1), run to next corner 1 burpee, run to next corner 1 squat, run to next corner 1 Merkin. 1 lap complete so now 2 of each, then three of each, to 11. Indian run back to tennis court parking lot for Mary consisting of Cherry pickers, kraken burpees, and LBC’s.
We finished with COT praise reports, prayer reports, and closed in prayer.
Today was my second Q and it was all about 5×10’s. First we got our pledge in, then we took care of business.
WU: SSH, Gravel pickers, R over L/switch, low slow squats.
WOD:
In total we did 50 of each exercise listed which is awesome! The guys killed it. Great work!
We then closed with COT, praying for those spoken and unspoken.
Today was my VQ and it was nerve wracking. It was hard to sleep as my mind wondered about the execution of it all. By the end of the Thang I was coming off of my “Q high”. All in all, I think it went pretty good but I’ll let the Pax decide that.
WU: Windmill in cadence x 10, Gravel pickers in cadence x10, Danger Zone (which seemed to be more appropriate as a burnout than as a WU, oh well, we did the dang thang).
WOD:
COT: Prayers are sent up for those spoken and unspoken. Run at USNWC is approaching as is F3 family day mentioned by Balljoint.
