Head to the blocks and then head to the bottom entrance, first light pole.

5 overhead presses, 10 squats , 15 curls. Leave the block, run to next light pole. Do 20 LBCs , then run back to the block. Rifle carry to next light pole. Rinse and Repeat all the way to the soccer field 😈!!!

then on the way back , rifle carry , if lowered past your head we all do 1 burpee 😈😈!!!

I was trying to be clever and be fancy with my numbers and Star Wars but Volt quickly let me know this had nothing to do with Star Wars lol, so on the fly we modified and did 10 reps of each exercise, lap after each exercise . 4 rounds and got 400 Reps 💪🏻🤙🏻…

 

Mosey back to the start , Finished  with 4 rounds of core exercises… May the 4orce be with you all 🤙🏻💪🏻

Then we worked on our core

Then we grabbed some blocks… wanted to instill brotherhood and togetherness so we did some rep work and stayed together on the reps… and to help instill that trend of brotherhood I selected a Motown Play List 😁…

After round five with the help of some of my brothers we started a lap after each round, doing 4 laps all together.

On round 9 with minutes to spare we went on our own to try to get in 10… we got to round 10 but didn’t complete it before time ran out….
