Les Nesman requested 2.0 friendly to bring a few FNG’s. Only one showed, but it was well worth it!
We took the back side of the parking lot and did in no particular order:
20 T pushups
20 sec Supermans
20 sec Ironmans
20 American Hammers
20 Big Boy Sit-ups
20 Lateral Shuffles
Lunges across the parking lot and back
20 Squats
20 V sit ups
A few short runs around the parking lot
30 second planks
20 reverse crunches
30 Flutter Kicks
10 incline pushups
10 decline pushups
20 Calve raises
Somewhere in there we did some Yoga, lol
Then we used the kettle bells and everyone chipped in on other suggested exercises.
I’ll get the hang of this one day and get better at this. I appreciate everyone that showed up. Thank you!
