We ran out of time to complete so we started to mosey back. Out the back of the park.

Then ran backwards back to the start.

The Moleskin:

No names mentioned but one of the Pax let one rip, it was loud. I sang perfectly the beginning of the song each time followed by 5 Burpee’s. The crowd loved my singing.

Prayers for many. But, I will give a special note for FIA Digit hit and killed by a car. Prayers for her family.

Double check streets always before you cross. Don’t cross if you are not awake enough to pay attention. Don’t listen to other Pax members saying it is clear. You might save them or vice versa.

Thanks as always for the opportunity to Q,

Gastone

Day 40

Today marks the end of the 40 day spiritual challenge, at least as it was defined.  Hopefully the challenge will continue each day forward.  Those of you who have been read Ecclesiastes for the first time may have been a little surprised and confused by its words.  The message and the wisdom of Ecclesiastes is that life is filled with high points and low points, but the thing to always remember is the God rejoices with peaks of life and strengthens us through the valleys.  Keeping a God centered life will help always keep life in proper perspective.

I hope that today doesn’t mark and end for anyone, but only a move into focusing on another book of God’s word.  Also, continue to pray for your Pax and others among us.

Tiger

The Move

This was the first day of a PrisonBreak working from the Ingles parking lot. It has been determined that a stretch of main road used from the previous location was dangerous. The move was accentuated by a recent incident where a FiA PAX was struck and killed by a vehicle while on a run with an AO.  I will work on mapping the route, but most who post at Crossroads know the gist of it.

6 men fought the fartsack to run some miles and 1 for a solo ruck. BC ruck Club was very light. Swanson plans to address his other members as of why. YHC was a bit late due to stopping by Folsom to direct any incoming PAX to Ingles.

Prayer requests. Crawford family, FiA Lexington(Digits’ family), our M’s and families

YHC took us out in prayer

We all heat of accidents such as Digits’ everyday. It hits home when it’s closer to our family and our F3 family.  At 5:30 AM it’s dark and can be dangerous out in the gloom. Let’s work to stay together, look out for each other, and continue to be as safe as possible out there.
