5 Strong for the Coconut horse.

The Thang:

We ran 5 miles, regular coarse except backwards.

The Moleskin:

Pushed it hard on the 5 miles. Good to have Drone and Tooltime join us.

We drank coffee, milk, and soda and talked for an hour afterwards.
