7 PAX showed up for a shoulder beat down by BA.

I picked up the Q last night when I realized nobody was scheduled to Q.  I was hesitant as the temperature is starting to drop in the mornings, but we all know that when it rains or starts to get cold that I prefer to be inside (garage door to weight room was open so technically it is outside)  When quickly planning the workout I know that I wanted to concentrate on running…. NOT…. we worked on shoulders.
