9 PAX for a mosey along the “standard” Pub route this morning. Varying distances and paces, but all got better. Most were able to get senior coffee next door at McDonalds after the run.

Were they afraid of today’s Q as Waterboy stated ? Or the rain, which never materialized? Covid, numbers are down? Resting for the weekends brutal beating on the body with the P200? Or was it the fragrance of the fart sack?

6 HIM posted for a nice mosey to Martha’s and back. Good to see Whoopee back on the best side of Robinwood road on Thursdays. I did feel sorry for JJ having to run with all the old men.

Prayers go out to those on IR especially Roscoe and Stroganoff.  Breaker and SA on the mend,  and for all those dealing with stress of pandemic.

Better late than never – We ran up Pamela and down on Audrey

There were 5 HIMs determined enough to post in the 23 degree cold this morning. As luck would have it, I had the Q so I had to be there. We hadn’t run the Sargento route in a couple months so that’s what we set out to do. I only got about 1.5 miles into the run before an ankle pain changed my plans and I headed back to start prematurely.  All other PAX were able to get in the run they wanted and everyone was accounted for. Success!

Extinction Run CSAUP – 2/13 – at Primal Brewery – Beat the clock – Drink one beer in 13 min then another in 12:45… No wait that’s not right….run a mile in 13min then 12:45 then 12:30 counting down by 15 seconds each mile until you cannot make the time !  Charity $10.00 towards Holy Angels.
