Triple Nickel/360

3 manly men showed up at 6:15 for a lil rucking. We rucked as long a time allowed 1.5 miles but we fellowshipped a lot more. We talked about life, rucking, sports. Found out Mayor was recruited to play football for NC State due to him being the “First Hybrid” of his kind. As we made it back to start the pax started rolling in. 12 pax strong including FNG (came out due to Sargento yelling “come join us” last week) it was time to start. Here’s what I remember.

Dab On Them Folks

15 Pax arrived at the Fighting Yank to experience my VQ.  Shad Rap brought an FNG, his brave 2.0.  Disclaimer was given and it was made clear to the FNG he was an idiot for following me.

Warm Up:

  • SSH x 25 IC
  • Imperial Walkers x 17 IC
  • Flutter Kicks x 15 IC

Counting was a struggle for me this morning, and the Pax pointed that out.

The Thang:

Slow mosey up to the track behind the middle school.  YHC explained my first F3 workout was Qed by Keesh.  Quishe did a workout called The Dab.  Ironically enough, Keash was there this morning to experience that workout once again. YHC did a slight variation of Qeesh’s Dab workout.

YHC announced we would do 10 burpees in a minute, then 25 Mericans in a minute, 10 more burpees in a minute, then 40 Monkey Humpers in a minute and lastly 10 more burpees in a minute.  If you finished early, as Tiny Tank typically does, you had a rest until the next exercise.  YHC said to Omaha when necessary.  Mayor and Tool Time almost instantly were calling for an Omaha, but Dolph started salivating when he heard about the number of burpees we were going to do.

Each set was followed with a slow mosey around the track.

Rinse and Repeat 3 more times.

Countoffs were clearly not a strong point of the Pax.

We picked a partner and started a Dora 1-2-3 with an extra exercise to start.  Fifty Leg Throws, 100 Mericans, 200 LBC’s and 300 Squats.  Baggy shorts and no leggings was not the optimal attire for Qeash’s partner, Flush, during the Leg Throws.

After the Leg Throws Pax 1 would start on the Mericans while Pax 2 would Bear Crawl out and Lunge back.

Mosey back to the flag.

Pledge

Prayer Request’s:

  • Shad Rap’s mother-in-law
  • Wheezy’s mother-in-law (“safe travels”)
  • Becky Waters – hit by a drunk driver

Eight Pax then went to Cherubs for a little bit of breakfast goodness.  At breakfast we learned Mayor is a big North Carolina State baseball fan and Wheezy is a liver mush connoisseur.

Thanks to all the Pax that showed up to experience my VQ!

Suffer

The morning started with 3 PAX launching at 6:15 for the first unofficial Ruck. The plan was to give it try and discuss the future of Rucking in the region. We arrived to find the runners were already out on their route. Lots of good came from our Ruck walk/talk. The Ruck gives you a great chance to cover all 3 F’s. We were just going to cover business but found ourselves delving into the 3rd F! I was quite surprised to find a huge crowd of PAX when we got back to the park. Great to see all these guys posting.

Warmup:

With a group of 20 I decided we would circle up around the fountain so everyone would have a decently dry spot to start the day. As we moseyed around I noticed Mayor’s 12-13 year old nephew(Governor) was right behind me and we thought we would have fun with the PAX. We decided we would keep running around the circle to see how long they would follow us. After a few times it ws obvious it could go on for a while so we stopped so we could get some work done.

SSH x 20ic

Don Q x 15ic

Freddy Mercury x 20ic

Happy Jacks x 10

Mosey up the street to find a wall.

The Thang:

So after doing the Ruck I regretted planning a bunch of wall work and bearcrawls but to get better there has to be some suffering!

All PAX plank and starting at one end the first PAX does 5 donkey kicks then bear crawls across the parking lot and planks waiting for the last PAX to finish. After the first PAX starts crawling the next PAX starts his donkey kicks. This was tough with 20 PAX!

Long jump back across and do 25 wall taps OYO.

Australian Mtn climbers x 10ic bearcrawl across then duckwalk back. 25 wall taps OYO.

Power Holds-30 sec wall sit, 30 sec plank. Rinse and repeat for 5 minutes.

Mike Tyson x 10ic

Hip Slappers x 10ic bear crawl across.

Somewhere in here Sggweieich had to leave. He said he had to work but I think his arms were hurting. He should practice running on his hands then maybe I could go with him some morning.

Circle up for Howling Monkeys. Everyone enjoyed this so much we did 2 rounds.

Mosey to back parking lot for route 66 with squats.

Mosey back toward the flag with a stop over at String Bean for Captain Thor x 10.

Mosey to the ball field at the school. During this mosey I was talking to the future Governor about having the Mayor for an uncle. YHC thought this might be tough but was informed he was all right as long as he keeps moving and working out! Future HIM and motivator!

At the field I had 5 cones spread out longways across the field. Run to the first cone then Nur. Switch at each cone. From the other end we sprinted to each cone starting with 5 merkins and adding 5 more at each cone getting up 25 at the last cone. Rinse and repeat the first run. Going back the same ladder except with squats. Rinse and repeat the run. Going back we did the ladder with CDD’s.

A few minutes to spare so we went to the shed for Tri dips x 20ic and merkin taps. Mosey back to the flag.

We did 22 for the Vets led by Pizza Man. Then since no train had come through Sargento produced a train sound with his phone and we did 5 burpees.

Moleskin:

Great group out this morning. You guys really pushed me! I shared a little about not exercising but training instead. Set a goal and go after it. As in all parts of life there will be suffering but know there will be victory in the end!

Suffering produces endurance, Endurance produces character, Character produces Hope!

Bataan Death March

15 Pax braved the gloom at The Fighting Yank this morning to push the rock.  With an FNG present, full disclaimer was given.  Even though I don’t think I’m an idiot, others here might disagree and you’re an idiot for following me.  You vs You, modify as needed, lets do this.

Warm Up:

  • SSH x 20 IC
  • Moroccan Night Clubs x 20 IC
  • Imperial Walkers x 20 IC
  • LBC x 20 IC
  • Merkin x 10 IC

The Thang:

YHC gave another disclaimer at this point.  I always try to work at least a mile of jogging into each workout that I Q. This is usually broken up into 400 meters segments.  Please contain your excitement, but we’re going to knock it all out at once today. Time for the 1 mile Bataan Death March!

Bataan Death March: AKA: Burpee Catch Me If You Can Indian Run…A combination of Catch Me If You Can and a traditional Indian Run. The last person drops and does 5 Burpees, while the rest of the Pax mosey in a line. After completing the Burpees, the last guy runs to catch the group, tapping the (new) last Pax on the shoulder, who then stops to begin his 5 Burpees, while the (former) last guy continues on to the front of the line. We completed 1 plus some change miles of this in a nice loop around Belmont. YHC ensured everyone was the last man at least twice.

Finished our jog/mosey up at the football field for some corners work.  We started in one corner of the football field, traversed the width then exercised, traversed the length then exercises, traversed the opposite width then exercises and traversed the final length to finish a round.  4 rounds in all, giving it all you got.

  • Round 1:
    • Width 1: Bear Crawl + 20 Merkins
    • Length 1: Sprint + 20 LBCs
    • Width 2: Nur + 10 Burpees
    • Length 2: Sprint
  • Round 2:
    • Width 1: Bear Crawl + 20 CDDs
    • Length 1: Sprint + 20 Flutter kicks
    • Width 2: Lunge + 10 Burpees
    • Length 2: Sprint
  • Round 3:
    • Width 1: Bear Crawl + 10 Diamond Merkins
    • Length 1: Sprint + 20 Freddie Mercury
    • Width 2: Nur + 10 Burpees
    • Length 2: Sprint
  • Round 4:
    • Width 1: Bear Crawl + 20 Werkins
    • Length 1: Sprint + 10 WWII Situps
    • Width 2: Lunge + 10 Burpees
    • Length 2: Sprint

The mumble chatter and time checks started to pick up at this point.  We still have 20 minutes gentlemen, but YHC let the pax off easy and Omaha’d the last round to try out the Bridge of Hate. Hilarity followed!

The Bridge of Hate is the exact opposite of the tunnel of love. The pax form a line by laying on there back shoulder to shoulder. One pax will then be lifted and passed down the line of the pax that are laying on the ground. When the pax that was being passed down the line gets to the front he lays next to the last man and the man at the rear of the line then gets passed down, so forth and so on.

I thought this would be a fun exercise to try and man is it.  Nothing like a line of sweaty, dirty, grass covered HIMs body surfing to start the day.  A few pax may have been dropped on their heads and some may have had fingers places they never thought they would, but we are all a lot closer now because of it!

10 minutes left, time for a Triple Nickel.  Moseyed to the hill and cut the route in half because of the pax sliding in the mud.  Sprint to the top of the hill, do 5 squats, sprint to the bottom, do 5 monkey humpers.  Repeat 5 times.

5 minutes left, enough time for a 4 minute merkin ladder.  Modify as needed!

  • 30 seconds of Merkins, 30 second rest
  • 40 seconds of Merkins, 20 second rest
  • 50 seconds of Merkins, 10 second rest
  • 60 seconds of Merkins (or Mary for most of us)

Mosey to the flag to finish up.

Christmas Evel

With ToolTime and Brownstreak Qing together who knows what will happen but here is what I recall. The morning started with a lot of mumble chatter. Why are we here on Christmas Eve? Who’s Qing?, who has the nicest hair? Etc. Sargento and Freight must have the same barber. As time drew near pax kept rolling in. A Kotter came back or at least one I haven’t seen in a while “spring break!” Time to start yankers so we moseyed to the boat? Tank? Car? Truck? Whatever the hell we called it. It got called everything. We moseyed there….. and here is when the evilness started.

After this monster of a warm up we didn’t mosey but jumped up on the boat?…… anyway some or maybe one of us did a really cool roll up instead of a jump up (mayor got skills) it was here that the second part of our evil plan would unfold. Core time with  Tool Time… Mayor and Dolph was playing and mumble chattering about the warm up and blah blah blah…. y’all know them two. All that stopped real quick… bahahaha!!!

Core Time with Tool Time

After that awful and I mean awful evil workout I wasn’t sure which way was up, but we can’t stop til a body drops so we moseyed….. up to the track/ pull up bars. Here is where Brownstreak took the reins of this two mad dog sled and introduced Cindy…. Cindy is a crazy work out that crossfitters and seal teamers do and now F3ers. We modified to accommodate the area and stay within reach of all pax abilities (mine included). Here is what Cindy is….modified of course.

Cindy:

(Modified)

5 rounds – alternating pull-up grips each round ( regular, reverse, close grip, right/left hand different, left/right hand different)

Cindy= (5 pullups, 10 pushups, 15 air squats) Run a lap between each set.

Tool Time being the beast he is along with Dolph and Freight lead a flutter kick extravaganza ( about 55 IC)til all pax finished with Cindy. With just a lil time to spare Tool Time ran us home around and back to the flag.

Last Call for Sweat

New Year’s Eve. Pretty cold. Men waiting to get their sweat on. A Cotter back on the scene, good to see you again Flintstone. No FNGs despite their HCs, the EHs will continue. Let’s do this!

A short disclaimer to refresh the men on the fact that I’m an idiot and that this deal is You vs. You but we’re here to help along the way.

Warmup:

Side Straddle Hops x20 IC, Don Quixote x15IC, Dying Cockroaches on the acorns x20IC I think, Goof Balls x15IC.

Pledge

Mosey across the street to some lines I had painted by the DOT just for the workout. The PAX would do a burpee at each line and then lunge walk to the next. There were about 15 or so lines so everyone was good and warmed up by the end of this. Against my original idea, we did not make the return trip doing the routine. This announcement was well received by the PAX, don’t worry, there’s plenty more to come!

A fellowship mosey took us back through the park past the jet ski up to the back of the middle school building. YHC had scouted the area before the workout to come up with some new stuff and realized there is a perfectly good wall back there that he had never been used. The PAX performed 20 Donkey Kicks IC, a Wall Sit for a while with Air Presses thrown in at the end, then 15 Hip Slappers IC to wrap it up.

Short mosey around to the front of the school to set up for the inaugural run of the Figure 8. The sidewalk in front of the school sets up nicely to follow this route with a different exercise at each stop. Think four corners only expanded.

  • Station 1: Squats
  • Station 2: Merkins
  • Station 3: LBCs
  • Station 4: Monkey Humpers (must point business end of the exercise toward passing traffic Mayor!)
  • Station 5: Dips
  • Station 6: Merkins again
  • Station 7: LBCs again
  • Station 8: Flutterkicks

All exercises were to be done to 20 reps.Plank for the 6. This went pretty well, so much so that Top Hat gave Dolph a good run for his money for first place. AYE! Mumble chatter. Repeato but switch the Merkins for Carolina Dry Docks. Top Hat again up front with the machine, dude was en fuego! One more round, go back to Merkins in the middle. Good work men!

Mosey back down the street to the paddle boat in the park for the Triple Nickel. 5 Burpees at the bottom and WWI (or maybe WWII, I’m not sure, you pick) at the top. Repeato x3.

We finished up with a round of Mary. Sorry but I can’t remember who called what but there were American Hammers, Dying Cockroaches, Flutterkicks, Nolan Ryans, V Ups too. There was a 5 set of burpees thrown in courtesy of a passing train. AYE!!!

Prayer requests: Chum’s walk, Top Hat’s dad, Brownstreak’s son, T Square, others.

Announcenments: After Christmas Christmas party at Whoopee’s next Saturday (not Friday), bring donated school supplies to DDC’s office. If anyone has or knows someone who has graphic design or artistic abilities, we’re going to make a logo for the Fighting Yank to get some AO gear.

Moleskin: As I write this on New Year’s Day 2017, my mind goes back to a Thursday Rotary club meeting in March that I was fortunate enough to fit into my schedule. It was supposed to be a regular weekly meeting with some presenter I wasn’t familiar with. That day was my introduction to F3, through a fiery, inspiring talk by the founders of our cause, OBT and Dredd. In attendance were a couple of guys I knew well, Stroganoff and Dr. Feelgood, others I thought I knew but not too well, Bandit and Roscoe, and several more I didn’t know at all but am glad I’ve gotten to know because of F3, Whoopee and Headgear (Dr. Justin Hannon).  I consider that when turning points in my life happen it is the work of the Lord. This was definitely the case that day, He put me there. The following Saturday at the Schiele was my FNG post, and there have been countless posts and get togethers since. You men who EHed me that day (even Mrs. Stroganoff) and everyone who’s been there since have changed my life. This may sound sentimental, maybe it’s even a little gushy, but I thank God that He put me there that day and opened the door to all of you HIMs. F3 has allowed me to become a better man, husband, father, friend and businessman. Thank YOU!!! AYE!!!

Happy New Year men !!!

Operation Sweet Tooth – Gastonia Convergence

Prologue

It was an early fall Friday morning at the Pavilion that Bandit and I decided to Q up the Operation Sweet Tooth in support of our brother Olive.  I took the Q at the Gashouse in December and called for a Convergence workout.  Then Bandit asked Olive if we could support the Greater Gaston Boys and Girls Club on behalf of #OST.  Olive graciously offered his support.  That is the beauty of F3.  All you need is an idea and a little initiative and things get done!

We consulted with the GBC for their needs and we sent out a pre-blast and low and behold, 29 PAX and their goodies showed up on the cold morning of December 17th at the Schiele.  GUTS gave me gift cards and sporting goods because he had to work and would miss it.  My neighbor, (future name, “Mastodon”) who has read “Freed to Lead” and is in the throes of a solid EH gave me school supplies the day before.  It was a beautiful thing.

But before we talk about the positive, let’s get to the beat down.  Roscoe started with the warm up and was almost immediately heckled by Tool Time.  Who else?

Warm Up

  • SSH x20 IC
  • Imperial Walkers x20 IC
  • Merkins x20 IC
  • Squats x20 IC
  • LBCs x20 IC
  • 10 Burpees OYO

Mosey to flag for the Pledge.

Pain Station #1

Mosey to Grier parking lot for Speed Bump Merkins.  Start at first speed bump with 20 reps OYO, then sprint to next speed bump for 18 reps.  Continue back and forth decreasing reps (..16,14,12,10,8,6,4,2) for total of 110 merkins.  Dolph led some ab exercises while the PAX completed the exercise.  Some started out correctly but then got confused and did elevens.  It was all good.

Pain Station #2

Mosey to Grier track for Partnerama.  P1 planks on P2’s shoes while P2 does 15 old school sit-ups. Switch and repeado x3.

Pain Station #3

Continue Partnerama with P1 and P2 running track clockwise and counter clockwise respectively.  When they meet (hopefully near the middle), both perform the following:

  • 1/2 lap #1 = 10 Seal Jacks
  • 1/2 lap #2 = 10 Squat Jumps
  • 1/2 lap #3 = 20 Seal Jacks
  • 1/2 lap #4 – 20 Squat Jumps

Bandit takes over, continuing the Partnerama activities:

Pain Station #4

Given the choice to keep same partner or change it up, Bandit clarifies SIZE MATTERS for the next round.  After some adjustments, partners complete the following (10 seal jacks if partners need to switch early):

  • Wheelbarrow – P1 wheelbarrows P2 from goal line to 50 yd line. Flip flop back. Plank for the 6.
  • Partner Carries – P1 wheelbarrows P2 from goal line to 50 yd line. Flip flop back. Plank for the 6.
  • Bear Crawls – P1 bear crawls/P2 lunge walks from goal line to 50 yd line. Flip flop back. Plank for the 6.

Editor’s Note:  This was bad.

Pain Station #5

After breaking up partners into two teams (all P1 are team 1, all P2 are team 2), each time lines up for 50 yard tunnel of love.  Starting at goal line, first in line crawls under rest of PAX who are maintaining high plank, shoulder to shoulder. After crawling through tunnel, PAX will continue the high plank.  This continues as each member goes through the tunnel -all the way to the 50 yard line.

Editor’s Note:  This was worse.

Handing the reigns back to Roscoe to wrap things up:

Pain Station #6

Circle up for 10 minutes of Burpees. Circle is divided into 4 groups. One’s do 1 burpee and count “ONE”, Two’s do 1 burpee and count “TWO”, Three’s do 1 burpee and count “THREE”, Four’s do 1 burpee and count the rep (1,2,3,4,5…, to ~30). The clock was ticking and we needed to get back to the Schiele so an audible was called after the 7 or 8 minute mark and 33 burpees.

With 5 minutes to go, PAX mosey back to parking lot at the Schiele for COT.  The toys were assembled and Hushpuppy was setting up for the photo when the Mayor arrived with more goodies.  We waited for him to hustle in to the picture.  He worked very late the night before but wanted to give away some gifts. #HIM

Roscoe had to get home to head to out of town so Bandit was in charge of the toy collection and he loaded up his car.

Epilogue

On Monday afternoon Roscoe and Bandit headed to the Boys and Girls Club to deliver the gifts.  Here is what went down.

As we were approaching the building, we saw the Director Chad and explained what we were doing and why.  He was well informed about OST and Christina and F3 after having done some online research.  He told us that he had to leave but that Miss Mary and others were waiting for us.  However, before he left, we gave him a solid EH.   (He is in the South Charlotte/Pineville region)

We were welcomed into the club and some of the wonderful employees told us where we could place the gifts.  We lined up all the gifts and suddenly a baker’s dozen of smiling faces welcomed us for a picture holding whatever they wanted to take from the boxes.  We took a photo and thought that would be the end of our visit until they asked if the children could take us on a tour of the facility.  This was getting better!

We started with a meeting room where the local Optimist club meets.  There were many picture frames on the wall of previous board members or Optimist Club presidents from years past.  Many prominent names from the community were on that wall. #HIM

We continued to the Art room, the study hall, the computer room, and the game room. At each stop different kids were telling us what they do there.  They were so proud of their club and happy to show it off.  Then it was time to see the gym where somewhere in the ballpark of 100 kids were sitting on the bleachers.  We were led into the gym with our escorts and suddenly the gym erupted like a high school pep rally.  It took a second and then we realized all that cheering was for us!  I instantly wished we had all the Gashouse PAX with us to feel this humbling gesture from the kids.  To cap it off, Miss Mary invited us to “center court” and told the kids about meeting “some of the people behind the scenes that make things happen”.  She gave us a card that the kids had made and signed.  It was overwhelming!

If you remember that Dr. Feelgood (#HIM) danced in the “Dancing for Future Star’s event in March and helped raise $326,000 for the Boys and Girls club.  You would have thought that the OST Convergence had raised at least that much!  2017 stretch goal???

The Gashouse PAX would like to thank Olive for Operation Sweet Tooth.  Out of heartbreaking loss, we remember Christina by honoring her through good deeds for children.  We would not have had this experience without them.  At least three members of the BGC read about Operation Sweet Tooth, learned about Christina, and about F3.  I believe the PAX honored her memory by “keeping her spirit alive by providing hope and joy to children who may be less fortunate to have a positive impact and experience on their lives.

Roscoe received the following note from Miss Mary this morning…

GM Roscoe, I want to reach out again and say, Thank You All so much for coming out and spending time with the kids and bringing all those supplies. You really don’t have any idea what that meant to those kids giving you guys a tour of the building. Roscoe after hearing what F3 means Faith , Fellowship & Fitness I hope I got that right!! I did look it up on the internet and read the story about Christina. What you all are doing is a Blessing, keep on keeping on.

Did you read that?  Keep on keeping on.

The idea incubator is alive and well with future opportunities to serve the Boys and Girls Club and OST.

KEEP ON KEEPING ON…..

Well Done Gashouse.  Well done!

Roscoe & Bandit

Beat Navy!

Today is the 117th Army-Navy football game and I encourage all to tune at 3pm to watch the future leaders of our armed forces do battle on the fields of friendly strife.  The Army team is paying tribute to the 82nd Airborne Division today and wearing uniforms inspired by the uniforms worn by the 82nd Paratroopers during WWII.

On to the workout…

Warm Up:

To get the pax in right mindset for the big game I decided to call some airborne cadence on our mosey (this was for you Sargento).  Mosey at a double time, in cadence around the block and finish at the pavilion.

The Thang:

The Deck of “Double” Death: used pinochle deck of cards instead of standard deck (9, 10, J, Q, K, A x2 for each suit). After 12 cards are flipped, run a quarter mile for a break.  Aces were wild.  Person who flipped an ace could decide if we did 15 of the normal exercise or 25 of the exercise of their choice (ended up doing 50 Merkins on the 2 ace of spades…)

  • Spades = Burpees
  • Clubs = Merkins
  • Diamonds = Dips
  • Hearts = WWII Situps
  • Total exercises per suit = 140
  • Total run = 1 mile

After round 3 YHC challenged pax to do 5 x five man Merkins.  If successful, last round of spades would be changed to squats instead of burpees.  Pax formed a pentagon and put their feet on the back of the person behind them.  Merkins performed in cadence.  Pax were successful, or at least the opposite side of the pentagon assured the YHC that we were…

After final round, enough time left for a triple nickel up the hill.  Sprint to top, 5 x squats, sprint to bottom, 5 x monkey humpers.  Repeat 5 times.

Moseyed back to  start to close out.

Extra Cheese

Leading up to the usual Saturday workout at the Yank, YHC knew there was a 5k planned to start from Stowe Park in downtown Belmont. What I didn’t know was that the race would take over the whole town! Anyway, after parking in the remote lot and hiking to the park, YHC was pleasantly surprised to find 7 PAX waiting to get their sweat on!

Starting with a quick disclaimer for the FNG, my oldest 2.0 Trey, we quickly moved into the warmup.

Side Straddle Hops, Sun Gods, Merkins, Imperial Walkers and the latest new exercise for YHC, Jingle Balls (since its the Christmas season).

Mosey, navigating through the throngs of people waiting to get their run on, up to the track behind the middle school. Line up single file for an Indian Run to get everyone extra warmed up. A couple good laps and then head to the front of the school.

BLIMPS: 5 burpees, 10 Lunges each leg, 15 Imperial Walkers, 20 Merkins, 25 Plank Jacks, 30 Squats. The PAX made it through this routine pretty easily so repeato for good measure.

Mosey down the road to Davis Park where the mighty Belmont optimist Pop Warner football teams practice for a round of Elevens. At one  light pole, PAX does Dying Cockroaches, the other end Bobby Hurleys. For the distances in between, do high knees one way, butt kickers the other. Toward the end of this drill Stroganoff had built up a pretty good lead and from out of nowhere the FNG found another gear to finish up neck and neck with the leaders. Strong work my boy, the name overachiever or sandbagger was brought up with his performance.

From there, the PAX moseyed around the corner(s) to the intersection of Main and Catawba (I think) where a nice brick wall waited. No need to let it go to waste so we did a couple rounds of wall sits, hip slappers (15 and then 10 IC) and a celebratory set of Monkey Humpers for the passing cars.

Mosey down toward the starting place with a quick stop for dips X15 IC and then an attempt at the Plank Compass. It was supposed to be where the PAX starts with their feet in the center and they face out in the plank position. Then we would rotate around hand over hand and stop with 5 merkins at the Q’s call. Comedy and error ensued. Nice attempt men!

A final mosey down to the start for a round of Mary. American Hammer, a combo of Inch Worm and something else courtesy of Flush, Mountain Climber, Flutterkicks, Merkins, some other stuff and finally Jingle Balls by the FNG (don’t tell your Mama)! AYE!!!

We were done on time by this point and some had to run, literally.

Prayer requests, announcements and namorama.

Moleskin: After several inquirys by my 2.0 to post, it finally worked out for him to be able to make it. As expected, he was a true trooper and finished in strong fashion. Welcome to the PAX Queso!!! I am SO PROUD!.

It was a pleasure as always men. See you next time!
