12 men showed at the sword this morning, for physical and spiritual exercise. We discussed Romans 8:12-17. If we are not killing sin, it’s killing us! There is no rest time, no coasting! If you area child of God, if you have repented and follow Him, you have been adopted! You are a child of God, an heirs of God and fellow heirs with Christ!

There is NO condemnation if you belong to Christ!

The Bible says we want be perfect after we become followers of Christ, but… if you truly are a follower of Christ, the Lord never condemns you!
Christ bore the weight of our sin when he was on the cross!

Got an opportunity to Q this morning at the Sword, and get in some spiritual and physical exercise! We went over Luke 8:16-18, and about the importance of not hiding the lamp “ Gods Word” but instead making it 1st priority in our lives and in doing so, the affects it will have on us and everyone around us!
