Trail of tears

I have not led a workout in a good while and had to be persuaded to lead this one but here we go.

Warmup ssh in cadence, gravel pickers and rocking night clubs.

We were to do a Indian run around to the playground but it quickly took a wrong turn.

Anyway 11’s with pullups and big boys at amphitheater with a burpee in the middle.

Then a slow mosie to parking lot for another round of 11’s of Mike Tyson’s and squats.

Back at flag for a 2 minute Mary and 22 for the vets.

There is a lot of guys who are intimidated by the pull-up bar but it should be a exercise that you should work on, don’t get me wrong it is awesome if you can run 3, 5, or 11 miles at a blistering pace but don’t neglect other areas that need attention.

Skunk hunt

After a short warmup of ssh

Cherry pickers and something else we went on a short mosey looking for the elusive skunk. None were found so LBC while waiting on the 6.

Then proceed for a roumd of dirty 11’s with squats and WW1 and a burpee in the middle. That is about all the time I have so I nominate the late guy to fill in till the end.

Just remember you cant get better if you don’t try. Nobody likes hearing excuses so just get ya butt up and do something

Mosey to flag for pledge them mosey long way around to tennis courts

10 burpees at one corner

Mosey to next corner for 9 burpees

Continue down to 1

Begin by saying pledge since Broke was nice enough to forget his flag for me so we would not be winded.

Warm up SSH 15 in cadence

Don Q 15 in cadence

Gravel pickers 15 in cadence

Mosey to flag anyway. LBC till 6 show up

Mosey down to dog pound road for triple nickle with 5 burpees at top and 5 big boys at entrance to tennis courts

Mosey to tennis courts for 9 to 1 merkins, lbc, mountain climbers, flutter kicks. Start by doing 9 in cadence of each exercise then work your way down to 1.

I didn’t get far before I had to leave for work. There was an unspoken verbal contract that someone would finish up for me. I believe that was the case.

I still don’t like the fact that I leave early and miss out on COT( you don’t realize what you miss till you miss it). But I need to be employed.

If you would continue to remember my father in law in your prayers as well as my M’s uncle( her moms brother) he is in ICU with blood clots in his lungs.
