During our workout we talked about our 40 day challenge in Proverbs and Ecclesiastes I had chosen Proverbs 11/25 A generous person will prosper;whoever refreshes others will be refreshed. Talking with Montross and Medicine Woman we all felt this was a good verse that represents “Qjuice” the Q pours into the pax and somehow still has the juice to get thru the workout.
